A veteran with 30 over years of Chinese culinary experience.
A Hong Kong native, Chef Man began his foray in the culinary industry at the age of 13. He worked as understudy and geared his way up at a restaurant in Hong Kong before moving to Bangkok in 1995.
In the last two decades, Chef Man honed his skills as Executive Chinese Chef at Amarin Watergate Hotel located in the heart of Bangkok, frequently patronise by locals, tourists and celebrities. Having mastered the craft of fine dining Chinese fare over the years, Chef Man set up the first Chef Man Restaurant in 2011.
